Fiona Lawson Headshot
Nutritionist's Clinic

I offer a virtual clinic. One-on-one consultations are conducted via Zoom or Skype, so you can receive support and guidance while in the comfort of your own home.

We get to know each other over a series of consultations, and I create a programme that’s tailored to you and your circumstances. This will include a diet and lifestyle plan, and it may include some functional testing and supplements.

Just as you wouldn’t expect to attain the body of your dreams after one personal training session, you can’t achieve perfect skin after one appointment! It takes patience and dedication—but you’ll find the journey more enjoyable than you thought possible.

Some of the areas I can help with include:

  • Acne vulgaris
  • Hormonal balance
  • Rosacea
  • Digestive complaints
  • Eczema
  • Weight management

This is not an exhaustive list, and symptoms often overlap. To discuss your situation during a free 10-minute exploratory phone call, please get in touch. You can also read more about my approach below.

My Approach

We are all biochemically different. We all have complex health histories. We all have unique life circumstances. Each programme I create tailored to the individual.

I am trained in the Functional Medicine approach, which means I delve deep into your health blueprint to find the root cause of a skin complaint. You could present with the same symptoms as a friend or family member, but the cause of the issue may be completely different in your physiology. When it comes to the intricate balance of health and glowing skin, there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all solution.

Although each programme is unique, there are a few values that guide my work:

Food First

Vibrant health begins with what and how you eat. It operates as your fuel and ultimately becomes you.

We pinpoint your individual concerns, and take the most direct approach to combatting them.

Changing habits takes time, and my plans are shaped to guide you gently though the process.

Your health begins and ends with you. My role is to guide you to implement effective, sustainable strategies to last a lifetime.

I keep on top of the latest primary research, and undergo continual professional development so I can offer the most up-to-date advice.

True health is about abundance—not a state of restriction. I ensure that you retain the joy of eating, and come to relish the nourishing power of food.

How much do consultations cost?

Please get in touch to chat about your requirements and to find out about fees.

Why do you only offer packages?

I find that the best results come when a person is ready to make a commitment to change. Chances are you didn’t arrive at your situation overnight, and it will therefore take more than one session to make real progress.

After our initial consultation, I shall be able to give you a clearer idea of the time frame required to achieve genuine, sustainable results. Depending on your symptoms and goal, this is typically three months or six months.

As part of your package, you will have several consultations. I may recommend functional testing. Outside the consultation time, there is a great deal of behind-the-scenes work, including reading scientific studies to research the specifics of your case, analysing results and writing a programme to perfectly suit your circumstances.

How can I book a consultation package?

Please get in touch to discuss your requirements. You can either email or send me a message via the contact form.

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointment hours for initial consultations are limited, so I need to ensure they are used effectively. For this reason, I operate with a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel after that or fail to make your initial consultation, you will be charged your full deposit fee.

Where do consultations take place?

I offer a virtual clinic, and conduct all appointments via Skype or Zoom. In my experience, clients tend to find this easier and more convenient than travelling to a clinic, and the appointments are just as in-depth as in-person versions.

Do I need to do anything before my first consultation?

On confirmation of booking you will be emailed a Self-Assessment Form, a 3-Day Food Diary and the Terms of Engagement. Please complete these and email them to at least two days before your initial consultation.

Is there anyone you don’t work with?

I’m afraid I don’t work with people who are currently suffering from cancer. I am happy to refer you to practitioners who do.
